Join the Vassar Club of DC from 7:00–8:00 p.m. at Wonderland Books in Bethesda, MD, on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
Kitty Zeldis ’79 will discuss her latest book with her friend, Kevin Berrill ’78.
One of Them is a story of secrets, friendship, and betrayal about two young women at Vassar in the years after World War II, a powerful and moving tale of prejudice and pride that echoes the cultural and social issues of today. Kitty Zeldis is the pen name for award-winning author, Yona Zeldis McDonough. Since her time at Vassar she has written nine novels, numerous essays, articles and works of short fiction as well as forty books for children. She currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
