An Evening of Early Music with VCTX at Miller Outdoor Theatre

Please join us in Houston from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. CT for a free performance by Mercury Chamber Orchestra in the priority, covered seats at Miller Outdoor Theatre in Hermann Park. Experience the timeless beauty of Handel’s Water Music and Vivaldi’s Summer in a dazzling outdoor performance celebrating the 300th anniversary of The Four Seasons. Featuring period instruments accompanied by visual elements, this captivating concert brings Baroque masterpieces to life in an unforgettable evening.
All performances at Miller Outdoor Theatre are free and are funded in part by the City of Houston through Houston Arts Alliance.
Marsha Bourque ’74, Board Member for the Mercury Chamber Orchestra, is arranging for priority seat tickets for all VCTX registrants. Please do not register separately for tickets (you would create a double booking).
- To pick up tickets at the theatre, go to the Mercury reception table, which is located at stage left. Additional information will be provided in the registration email.
- Please be in your seats at least 10 minutes before the performance starts.
- As always, there is open seating on the grassy hill (bring a blanket if you prefer to sit there!).
- Concessions are available onsite. Outside food and beverages (including alcohol) are allowed. No glass containers, smoking, or animals.
