This Zoom is reserved for open Q&A - feel free to pop in as your schedule allows.

This Academy is led by Haverford '09 alum Panos Panidis. Panos has a great deal of industry expertise in consulting, finance, startups, and entrepreneurship and has become a dedicated mentor to supporting liberal arts students as they explore competitive career paths. His passion is to share his years of accumulated technical expertise, professional guidance and career tips with liberal arts students to help them achieve their professional aspirations early-on. About the Role: The Leadership Fellow Program is a two-year rotational program where Fellows have an opportunity to rotate through four different business functions: staff/support department, line department, finance, and facility operations. Employment Type: This is a full-time, permanent position which includes a yearly salary and benefits. After successful completion of the program, Fellows are considered for key positions throughout The Port Authority. As of 2025, there are over 100 program alumni working at the agency.
