To help you cross the finish line for the campus deadline on Wednesday, September 10 at 11:59 PM Eastern, join us for a focused, no‑pressure Application Writing Co‑Working Session.

When: Thursday, September 4, 2025 | 4:00–5:30 PM
Where: Jade Parlor, 2nd floor of Main Building
Format: Come on time for a short mini‑workshop; stay to write alongside peers.

Agenda

• 4:00–4:15/4:20 — A quick presentation with final tips for the three mission‑focused short‑answer questions and polishing your Statement of Grant Purpose (SoGP).
• 4:20–5:30 — Quiet writing time with optional 1:1 check‑ins for questions on fit, structure, tone, and alignment with country/award guidance.

Bring

• Laptop + charger (and earbuds if you like working with music)
• Your draft of the SoGP and short answers (even messy notes are fine!)
• Your questions — big or small

We’ll provide

• Light snacks and a supportive, focused space.
• A few sample structures, checklists, and last‑minute reminders
