- Oct 84:00 PMFBI Resource Planning Office Information SessionThis information session will provide students with an opportunity to learn more about the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Resource Planning Office (RPO). RPO is in search of exceptionally talented and highly motivated candidates with a passion for service to fill Business Analyst and IT Specialist roles within the division. RPO’s collegiate recruitment efforts are separate from general FBI recruitment efforts due to the division’s unique responsibilities within the organization. The Resource Planning Office is the FBI’s corporate office and internal consulting core, positioned perfectly at the intersection of business operations, law enforcement, and the intelligence community. RPO drives innovation and enables efficient and effective FBI business operations, thereby ensuring that investigative personnel have the resources necessary to protect the American People. More specifically, RPO manages the FBI’s $6+ billion personnel budget and strategic planning processes; crafts internal policy; designs business intelligence tools; automates and re-engineers business processes; and provides project-based management consulting services to senior executives from across the FBI.
