This workshop is open to all students but is designed with seniors in mind as they navigate the job search amidst economic, political, and social uncertainty. In today’s ever-changing job market, being proactive is key. A successful job search isn’t just about having one plan, it’s about having multiple options. This session will explore proactive job search strategies—including how to uncover opportunities that aren’t posted online, expand your options by thinking creatively to identify adjacent career paths, networking, and the importance of self-care through it all. You’ll leave with tangible tools, a clearer sense of direction, and self-care strategies to help you stay grounded and resilient during the process.

ELIGIBILITY College sophomore graduating in Fall 2027, Spring 2028, Summer 2028 - including July and August U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident (includes DACA participants) Earning a bachelor's degree in a four-year accredited college/university While there is no minimum GPA required, competitive applicants have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
